After the incredible success at Sigep 2019, Le Farine di Leonardo® are ready to make themselves known throughout Italy, thanks to the #DiCarloMasterclass, a tour headed by
Leonardo Di Carlo. Month after month, the tour will touch every region of Italy, bringing the simplicity of a revolution in pastry.
During every single masterclass, “Maestro” Di Carlo will present a variety of products made with Le Farine di Leonardo® and he will show how to get the best results using
ROBUSTUM®, TENERUM® , INTEGRUM® and CARYOPSIS® for the making of bread, leavened products and various
baked goods .
