Crunchy, full of aroma and flavour, bread sticks are classics at aperitif time and at table. Integrum® is an entirely whole-wheat flour. NOT reconstituted, it comes from brushing and refining grains that maintain their internal bran without the need for additions.
The chef’s advice: to attach salt or seeds to bread sticks, first brush them lightly with water or slightly increase the humidity in the proving chamber.
